Payment

We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards. Credit cards will only be charged the day the order is shipped. If you pay by check, we reserve the right to wait for your check to clear before shipping your order.

Postage and Handling

Orders mailed within the USA will be sent UPS. International packages will only be shipped by airmail.

Returns

Returns must be made within 10 days, and they must be returned insured. POSTAGE AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. All returned items must be in new condition.

Shipping Your Order

Most canvases and fibers are in stock and will be shipped within a few days of your order. If a canvas is on back order, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We will notify you if a longer delivery time is expected.
